I went to get a screen protector for my iphone. I realised later that it is covering my front camera and therefore the picture quality from the front camera had declined significantly.I went back to the shop and told them about the problem but they told me it shouldn’t affect the camera quality. I tried to explain to them that anything above the camera will affect its quality but they didn’t understand and I just wasted $40 on a screen cover that affects my camera quality.No body asked for proof of purchase as i would have shown my bank statement. I was just told this is the only cover they had:

Absolutely poor customer service. I went in asking for a full protection case with a front screen like a life proof case. The guy handed me a phone case, I asked if I could see it all he said no I couldn’t. I brought it based off his advice for phone cases, it cost $79 when I left the store the case was nothing of what I asked, had no front screen. And I was told there’s no change of mi d policy and they wouldn’t refund me. Horrible service would never go back there. Don’t waste your time.

$400 for a faulty replacement screen. No replacement as screen still works". Within 90 day warranty but only 30 days for screens apparently. Use shop at own risk.I had to take the phone back a couple of times initially when the screen was loose and moved around but fixed for free. Then no cellular connection because something wasn't reconnected- fixed again for free. The back cover has then remained glued half open. Had battery replaced and still glued half open (see photo attached) with glue placed over existing dried glue and glue spilt around the outside
