The best experience I have ever had with a mechanic!They got me in straight away and fixed my alternator, and when my clutch also went, they fitted me in on a Friday afternoon.Great service, am so happy!

We had a breakdown between Candelo and Bemboka. Our roadside assist people organised Finnerty towing for us. The nearest garage that would take a look at our issue was in Cooma. Ben was the towie that turned up to save us. Ben at every moment of the job was always professional. Ben was knowledgeable and very polite. Having Ben to chat to while our vehicle was being towed made our trip to Cooma very pleasant. Thank you Ben. We appreciated your work.

I rang down the Google listings for a mechanic in Bega to desperately look at my car as it had a coolant leak. They took time out of their schedule to help me and gave sound advice which got me back home to Victoria. Incredibly lovely! Thank you. Very much appreciated ☺️

I broke down in Tathra, NRMA towed to the above garage. Living in Sydney meant I didn't have much choice in where my car was towed to.Having my car for two days, I was told it needed a radiator. I asked the price, I was told around $300, plus other parts and labour, so probably looking at $600, maybe more, maybe less.They had my car for a week. I kept in touch, each time I called, I was given a different story...until a friend's husband called them and strangely enough they gave a 'man', a straight answer.When I finally picked up the car, they charged me almost double their original quote. I felt ripped off, belittled and very upset. I explained to the mechanic that this was unfair, being charged almost double....he was flippant and dismissive.I asked if the car was safe to drive, as I had a SIX hours drive ahead of me....his response...shrugged his shoulders and said, well, you're in the NRMA, aren't you?Ladies do not go here. They treat women like second class citizens and rip them offI score them ZERO stars.

No help, delightfully rude I wouldn’t bother. Plenty more options around :)
