I’ve been buying my meat from Green Valley Best Meats for over 5 years now and the quality of meat and service is great! It shows because they’re often quite busy and have lots of regulars. The owners are a cute elderly couple and they’re always happy to help recommend meats for dishes and sometimes share their recipes. Great family business!

I usually don't write these feedbacks but what great customer service I experienced this morning at Green Valley Best Meats (located in Green Valley Plaza)!I was in line at the shop front. When it came to my turn I was refused service because I didn't enter the through the correct way". When I questioned why the other customers were served when they lined up where I did the employee ignored me then proceeded to serve a man who had just walked up behind me. Again I questioned this and was ignored.Considering I'm a regular

I'm absolutely disgusted with how rude the staff at Green Valley Best Meats are. I live a 3 minute walking distance, however I choose to travel all the way to Bonnyrigg plaza to purchase my meat instead. Ive given Green Valley Best Meats the benefit of the doubt and hope that it was a one-off day, but nope, they never cease to amaze me- they are rude EVERY single encounter. Constant sighing, aggressive packing of my meat into bags and tossing it over the glass counter. I'm also quite certain that I have never heard any of the staff say Hello"

Have been coming to this butchery on a regular basis and would often be happy to make the 30 min drive here. However today we were sold lamb cutlets that was off which almost made me vomit when I opened the bag at home. Will not be returning.
