Terribly unprofessional service, would not recommend wasting your time with them. I put in for a quote for a power connection over two months ago and got an email to confirm that they received it but have heard no more since! I have rung several times to ask for an update and been told someone would would ring me back, to no avail. I eventually went in to see them, had my number taken down and was informed that somebody would ring me that afternoon - nobody rang me, so the next day I called again, this time I was promised that they were working on it at the time and would have something to me by the end of the week. I have been hesitant to post this but it has been 2 weeks since then and I haven’t heard a thing from them. I can understand that businesses get busy but I wouldn’t have a problem with the time it is taking for the quote if they had just been honest. Since this has happened I’ve also recently heard about other people having similar problems with Enacons service so unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

Beware!! This company is an absolute scam! They have disconnected my power and now refuse to reconnect it unless I pay them thousands more than what we originally agreed upon. They apparently “forgot to check the rules with Endeavor Energy” before they started the job. Now I am left with my 3 young kids in a house with no power and no way to reconnect it. They’ve just told me “go to the ombudsman, there’s no way we are reconnecting your power for you.”
