Unfortunately we will be going to jimboomba for now on. It's constantly the same staff member , at your beaudesert store who' obviously doesn't care for the health of her customers. Everytime she is on the salad bar is filthy, and the glass covers are always up, surely the temperature is not kept at a minimum, and that would put the meat at risk of bacteria contamination. Last time there were flies in the salad. We walked in today, Sunday 19/12/21 and then we walked straight out! She doesnt smile and seems very bothered by the customers. It's Very unfortunate as your managers have been great at running this store.

Toaster wasn't available and not all salads either, something they should've mentioned when I started ordering, so I could've gone elsewhere. Normally I really enjoy Subway stores, but not this one on a Sunday night.

Brooke served me and my partner tonight, seems like she doesn’t like her job or something didn’t even heat up my chicken before putting it in my wrap I asked her to heat it up and she said no she doesn’t need to, go to eat it and it’s cold I had to pull out the chicken and heat it up myself she didn’t even offer us a bag, or smile once. Bad service & lazy will go to jimboomba instead in future

What a pleasure to come to Subway in Beaudesert and meet the lovely Will. Having just moved to the area recently he is a breath of fresh air ifor Subway . He is a natural with customers and makes the yummiest subs. Well done Will we will be back for sure.

I tried to call as I left brisbane and left multiple messages this morning no return contact.On Arriving at the store I asked for a platter to be made having tried to call and give 1.5 hrs notice the server said they where way to busy in a unhappy tone and I should have ordered online (hard to do while driving )Needless to say very poor customer service

The lady that served me was very rude, she has 0 customer service, and clearly does not know how to handle working in a takeaway store. Food was not fresh whatsoever, and made me feel very unwell. Makes me not want to ever visit Beaudesert again. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend and will not be going to that subway again.
