Recently I needed some help with my CPAP device and as I was from Melbourne I couldn't wait the 6 days before I returned home. I went to the pharmacy as I had been told they stocked some machines.When we walked into the pharmacy we were greeted with the wordshow can we help you beautiful people" How good is that!!!My problem was resolved immediately and nothing was too hard even though the store was quite busy.When I returned to the store that afternoon with another minor problem I couldn't solve

Feeling very conflicted.I love my chemist and up until recently never had an issue. Until I was approached and informed that staff members were telling people my disability is fake.I have been getting my Webster pack from them for close to two years and on a very large amount of pain killers and hormone therapy replacement.I feel like this is a huge breach of confidence and confidentiality by staff.And feel like I have be ignored by this issue. At no point is it professional to disclose information about a customer due to town gossips.If feel people should know as its unfair to be prosecuted by my chemist.

The most rudest and unfriendly service I have ever ever come across !!!The chemist closed at 2 pm today being long weekend.The old lady that works there with brown hair was so unbearable rude !!!Telling customers to go the chemist in Batemans bay there open intill 4pm.And that she wants a long weekend too.That she will never get bloody home !!!I was there b4 2pm but they miss charged me on my 1 and only script so I had to go back and get them to correct there mistake.I was the last to leave due to there mistake.I left at 2.05pm.All of 5 minutes late !!!!Come on ladies maybe you are better off choosing another job.The pharmacist and the old woman with brown hair so rude.If I owned the chemist I would sake the both of u, talking and treating your customers that way. No excuses, there was just no need !!!

I highly recommend this chemist, the most helpful service from all staff i have ever had! They are all so nice and especially the lady with brown hair! Thankyou and i will be back again.

Quick, friendly, understanding. Appeared to have rooms for private conversations with pharmacist as required too, which was a nice addition. Good open hours

Amazing service from front counter staff to dispensary staff - all pharmacists are lovely. Special shout out to Donna T who is a major asset , I can go in with any medical ailment and walk out happy thanks to her bubbly personality and caring nature
