I have been a loyal, returning customer of MLink ever since I discovered this gem of a business years ago. The loveliest husband and wife team have promptly and professionally serviced every issue I have ever had with either iPads or iPhones, even external hard drives - anything from broken screens, batteries or different functions that needed fixing. All this was done for a great price and fast turnaround time. I cannot recommend them enough. Their knowledge, patience and willingness to help is unmeasurable. Thank you for all your help! I’ve taken mobile phones and laptops to them. Particularly when I had a HP laptop issue that warranted a 1800 fix from HP, MLink offered a much cheaper solution, and were upfront that I’d expect significant waiting periods for the part to come into Australia from the UK. I decided to not go with it and they only charged me a single service fee which, for the time and research taken, was easily under what they could of charged.Great customer service as well and I will continue to come here first for advice and repair.

Not only did I receive incredible customer service and affordable pricing, but I was able to walk away comfortably knowing I was leaving my phone in trusted hands. Smashed the screen on my beloved Pixel 3 and also needed the battery replaced. David has promptly responded to my email, once agreed on the quote ordered the rights parts and did the job within 1hr of dropping of the phone at their place 1hr before office close time. All I can say is that service was absolutely fantastic and they are lovely people so go ahead and support local business. Thanks again!

Absolutely incredible service. I am in isolation and my phone was badly damaged and I needed to keep the information in my phone and the lovely team at Mlink came to my house & did 0 contact pick up and service out the front of my home and my phone is brand new.I am so happy & will be recommending to everyone about how amazing MLink is.Thank you again for helping me out while I’m isolation. I phoned this morning for a quote on a new LCD for a Samsung phone. I was told that they had the part in stock and they would send me a txt message with a price in a couple of minutes. After waiting half an hour I phoned back and the guy accused me of hanging up on him after he told me he didn't have the parts... Will definitely and happily be looking elsewhere for a replacement part.
