I can’t recommend Bosshard Medical Equipment highly enough. I had been trying to get my mother an electronic recliner lift chair that would provide her increased mobility. I hadn’t had much success in terms of price and delivery until I contacted BME. Within a day the chair was delivered and installed much to the delight of my mother. For promptness, courtesy and quality, first class!

I needed a wheelchair asap and was served by Alistair who was very helpful. He offered an ex rental when he could have charged me for a new wheelchair. I also accidentally gave him more money and he gave it back. Good, honest company. Thank you.

I rented a hospital bed from Bosshard Medical after having major spinal surgery. I spoke with the owner I believe who was amazingly helpful and accommodating. He recommended the best solution for my situation and the bed was delivered on the same day. Pricing was reasonable and would definitely recommend their services to potential customers.

Personal delivery, empathy and courtesy and great care to ensure that the unit was as comfortable as possible. A company without morals. Continues to deduct funds after client has passed away.. and after informing me that our contract had been finalised, and that there were no active contracts.The equipment was for my uncle who passed away.When I rang to enquire about the debited funds, they said that they had contacted me and left a voicemail to say that they had restarted the contract. I had not received such a voicemail.I requested a refund due to the information provided and due to the passing of my uncle. They said that management" had waived the current months (11 days) rental
