Twince I pay to go and see the same doctor, twice she forgets to send my referral to see a specialist.She was very apologetic the first time and then she did it again. So today, after calling the specialist who once again told me he is still waiting for the referral to come through (obviously forgotten by my doctor once again)I decided to book an appointment to go and see another random doctor in the clinic hoping to get the healthcare I need. I have been waiting for 1.5h and discovered that the doctor they booked me in with was on call today and got caught up in emergencies. Once again I walk out of this place with a massive amount of precious time wasted and no answers.It's probably time to move to a different clinic.

The most incompetent doctors I have ever came across

They need to make a courtesy call when appointments are running late. I shouldn't have to wait 45min past my appointment with a tired 1 year old. Happens way too often. Other than that staff are all friendly.

Knowledgeable and kind, with an understanding of autism and anxiety. Lovely staff, always welcoming and understanding even though it is a very busy medical centre. Efficient with time schedules and happy, helpful phone manners. They are so busy all the time, and yet still great.

A bit slow at time bit it nice people who works here

If you're charging fees for missing appointments make sure you're on time and not an hour behind every single time. Patients shouldn't have to wait for hours on end past their appointment time just because they've overextend themselves everyday.

My local GP, I have been at the same medical centre now for approximately 20 years.
