Booked it in 5 days prior to servicing. They were packed because everyone was servicing their car to escape to somewhere this Christmas 2020 due to Covid lockdowns. Managed to book me in. Josh greeted me at the workshop. Staff were all friendly and always had a smile on their face. Even recommended Joed who took the time to prepare some financing options for a new Rav4 hybrid. Colin was great dropping me off at work as they didn't have a complimentary car due to the lack of 2 weeks notice from me. The Toyota van was like a mini airplane. So luxurious. Car was thoroughly vacuumed and washed with a major service. So happy. I am definitely servicing my car here from now on.

Had another wonderful experience servicing my Prado at Toyota in Morley. Nimo has been servicing my various Toyota vehicles, at different Toyota service centres, for almost 18 years. This service was no exception. Everything was smooth, professional, easy and pleasant, including check-in, borrowing a loan vehicle to returning my serviced car. As an incredible bonus, I'd been beach driving the weekend prior and the inside of my car was absolutely covered in fine sand. To my surprise, Nimo and the Toyota team had gone the extra mile for me, beyond the call of duty or any of my expectations, and completely vacuumed and cleaned my car! Now I don't want any of my people or pets in it :-) Thanks Nimo and Toyota, you continue to have my ongoing custom, loyalty and support

No good. Too long to check in and car not ready at the agreed time. No phone call to advise I had to ring them. When I did arrive at the new agreed time car was still not ready. Won't take car back there for another service. I'll try another dealer. Check in staff nice enough however.

We went to check 2nd car and seem slow service but good Ute options available. There are 2 sections for retail and wholesale, so make sure what you are looking for. The car was already sold and post was not removed.

Excellent work from Josh & the mechanic/s with a thorough assessment of the vehicle and information exchange. Could not have received better treatment. Well done Galleria Toyota. We will be back.

Well the car has to be serviced, Our Prado was done yesterday, Toyota rang after about an hour to say front & rear brakes needed doing, that's cars! I was pleasantly surprised with they overall price. Car was cleaned inside & out, Which I was really pleased with for it was bogged severly over the weekend & filthy!This business is literally a well oiled machine, See you next service.

Very slow to pickup spare parts, so if that's the plan allow extra time or your day will be over before you get what you went for
