For + - 15 years thought there was an electrical part that required replacing as motor ran when held vertical / stopped if not. Phone called Steve to book in for repair and was advised to check corded electrical lead at base of hand grip - move backwards /forwards . This did the trick and the old school Bosch drill, then made in Switzerland, ran constantly. Brilliant customer service !!!Must add if you are an electrician repair the broken cord otherwise take it in to Steve and let them repair it for you!
