Rude arrogant staff not willing to help me for a quick harcut 30mins before they close. They made me feel very unwelcome

Just had my hair done by Larissa for the first time and I couldn’t be any happier with how my hair turned out, she took her time and was so precise with how she handle my hair, the other girls Jaime and Sara (I believe their names were) were so lovely aswell, super friendly team 10/10 recommend

When you walk out of a hair salon you expect to be happy and look a million bucks. But, today I'm in tears. I'm extremely disappointed & embarrassed with my haircut! It looks like a DIY haircut gone wrong. Now, I have to spend extra time and money to fix their mistake! I should have checked all the bad reviews before considering to ruin my hair!Never going back or recommending this hair salon...thanks for ruining my hair and my day!

Very nice staff and Salon is clean and handy in Shopping Centre. Been twice and both times not asked if i would like a drink of some sort. All else pretty good.

When I made the appointment I told the lady I want a French roll as I was going to a wedding and I definitely didn't want to outshine the bride (my granddaughter) oor het mother (my daughter). The lady at Vivaldi said I must wash my hair the day before the appointment, which I did. When I got there, the lady who was appointed to do the French Roll started to curl my hair by using curling tongs. She pulled my hair so badly that it really hurt my neck. When she started trying to do the French Roll I could see that she doesn't know how to do it. She struggled, inserting bobby pins, then taking it out again, inserting again (and hurting me). After more than half an hour, with nothing done that would look like a French Roll I knew time was running out at a rapid pace and asked her just to do something nice looking with my hair. She then made a messy bun" - not the way I would ever do it

Very disappointed with my hair!! Paid $300 to leave the salon with the hair colour that i would have never thought i would try in my whole life!! Asked for ash blond colour and left the salon with purple hair!! My hair was literally purple!!!! I had to work from home for two weeks and wash my hair few times a day to get the purple colour off my hair!! When i expressed my disappointment in the salon, the manager just said “wash your hair!”! Very rude and inconsiderate. Would never ever go back to this salon! Also just know that you have pay extra money to fix what they have ruined!!! Unbelievable

Good colouring. A stressful environment. Kindness is lacking. Not my kind of salon.
