Vision Personal Training Ivanhoe

I have done no regular exercise for some years and found gyms intimidating in the past but the environment ar Vision PT Ivanhoe is so welcoming and the trainers all so supportive that I feel really comfortable. The programme was planned to support my goals and for me to go at a pace I could cope with. After 12 weeks I am still loving it, and last weekend managed to climb 2 km ( many, many steps)to the top of a lookout that would not have been possible a few months ago. I couldn’t have done it without the amazing Leah, all those squats paid off! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to feel stronger and and better in their body

I joined PT Vision to reduce my weight, improve my fitness in order to manage arthritis in my hips and be able to continue road cycling which I have enjoyed for many years. The gym has a great inclusive club atmosphere where members pursue their individual goals with their PT. Over a couple of years I have reduced my weight of 9 kilos can now undertake more challenging bike rides than I ever have for example Amy's Gran Fondo a tough 130km ride in the Victorian Otway Ranges!! The PT Vision trainers are very professional and form very positive personal relationships with each of their clients.

They are quick to contact you when you want to join, but the moment you end your contract and are due one weeks refund (due to an automatic overpayment) your requests are ignored. I ended my contract with vision 2 months ago and am still owed a weeks refund despite several text msgs and emails to the GM - will definitely be taking matters further. What a poor way to end a wonderful experience.

I was reluctant to join a fitness studio because I was so out of shape I felt too embarrassed to workout in public. But, with a special event to shape up for, I bit the bullet and joined Vision Personal Training (Ivanhoe). I was so impressed with the degrees they went to (even a personality profile created to ensure my trainer can tap into the right motivations for me) to set me up for success. I look forward to my 9-weekly bioscan, where I can see how my progress is improving my body from the inside out (I've gone from a visceral fat level of 11 to 5!). I've lost the weight I wanted to lose, have dropped two dress sizes and now continue training for maintenance, strength and just the feel good" energy I get every time I enter the studio. The positivity and "all in" feel of all the trainers rubs off on the members

I have been with vision for about 2 years now and they treat me like one of their own. I have gotten great result by training with them and my trainers Marco and Tiggs are legends.

I've been training with Vision Ivanhoe for just over a year. In that time, I've achieved a big shift in my approach to food and exercise, and got back into shape after having my little one. I really enjoy the personalised program and flexibility- Zoom sessions are great when you have a sick kid at home or can't make it to the studio! I've also taken my toddler to the gym with me a few times- a great place for new parents to train!

A very friendly and inclusive gym. My lovely trainer Marco taught me so much and we had such a great time together, even at 5:30am! I highly recommend the program they offer. If you follow it, you will get results. I lost 10kgs and was so happy to have my on-going knee pain disappear. So glad that I gave it a go!

A healthy lifestyle and a fit body can be hard to archieve at first. I have never been a gym person and I have never really had to keep track of my eating habits.Making the first step towards a better you and signing up might be the hardest part, but it is a decision you WILL NOT regret.The team at Vision will introduce you, step by step, to a whole new world where you'll be able to uncover your true potential and the best version of yourself. Really enjoying being a part of the community that is Visions PT Ivanhoe. Everyone from the trainers to members are so welcoming and make you feel super comfortable during group classes and individual training sessions. Love being a member of this gym!
