Went here to do some shopping,was end of new year/school holidays,so quite busy,had a decent load of stuff,and no checkouts open,had to use self checkout,very dissapointed Woolworths.

The store is OK, but tends to be very busy, often feels quite cramped and the self-service exit area is terrible if you have more than a basket of good and the Woolworths machines are by far the most temperamental of the stores that I know, as well as insisting that you acknowledge that there is no cash out...tell me and let me get on with doing my shopping Woolworths like Coles does. Similarly, the weight checking of items frequently misses items resulting in manual intervention requirements. They are small things, but it is one of the reasons why I will ALWAYS go to Coles before Woolworths. Your self-service options suck.

The lady at the main checkout was by herself while it was busy and she seemed overwhelmed, but she continued to keep a smile on her face while serving. Great customer service.
