It was busy pre Christmas, I had purchased online and was in the store to collect. I only had a short wait and was quickly and efficiently assisted by one of the staff. I had a couple of questions about my jewellery and the assistant was very helpful with answering them. I made an additional purchase and was very pleased with the pleasant and helpful assistance given by staff.

Black Friday sales happening and they decide to put on 3 staff members (1 was in training) with about 10 customers in the small store at a time. Literally waited like 30 minutes to be served.

Staff very helpful, store has a diverse range of products and being that I had to have an item ordered in the staff were great at keeping me in the loop on when it was going to arrive and once it came in.
