We had an issue with our Dmax, asked perth DVG to check it.DVG had the vehicle for a complete day and there diagnosis was a knocking exhaust.Esperance Auto oNissan listened, took our car over night, spent half a day, diagnosed the problem (which wasn't the exhaust) and gave us solutions, thank you Esperance Auto Nissan .you are the best!

I was driving back to Perth early the next day, and my car started to make a strange screeching noise - not something I wanted to drive with for 8 hours.Esperance Autos got me in within 10 mins that afternoon, and had fixed the problem 10 minutes after that.I was very impressed with the speedy and friendly service, I would highly recommend.

We had a starter issue with our Xtrail. We brought it in and apparently it was just loose, so it took them only 20min to fix it with no new parts so they didnt charge us. Real nice guys!

Had an excellent experience with Esperance Autos having arrived yesterday after a long trip where our engine light had started showing.We called this morning and they were able to book us in for 2pm to check out the problem. After finding the issue was minor, they did not even charge us to my surprise.A much appreciated kind and friendly service.Thank you. A+

Probably one of the most useless Nissan dealer. Asked if someone could check my car to understand if was safe to drive, probably 10 minutes job and they refuse it. Might need to reconsider Nissan and buy something else.

Had some trouble (engine light, oil level) while crossing the Nullarbor. Made a stop here with our Xtrail and got hooked to the computer immediately. Knew what was going on within 15 mins. Left my contacts and was able to go in for servicing the next day although they were pretty fully booked. Great customer service by Julie and the young mechanic whose name I forgot. Price was reasonable. Overall fantastic service, would recommend to anyone!

Most incompetent garage in Esperance. Twice I asked for a simple quote for how much my service will be once they have a look at it and twice they rang to say my car is ready with no idea of how much. They did the bare minimum and 1 month later after very little driving, my car is having many issues that they never told me about or never even bothered to check. I think it's just a case of get through everyone as quickly as possible and take no actual time to see if there are issues.

After a less than favourable experience with the Isuzu dealer in Darwin for a 10000 klm service on my MUX. I was a little apprehensive taking my MUX for the 20000 klm service in Esperance on our way around Australia.I shouldn't have worried. The service was fantastic including dropping me off to the Caravan Park where we were stayingand picking me up when the service was completed.Everything they said they would do was done with a smile. Nothing seemed to be a problem.Congratulations to the staff and keep up the great work.John Klose
