I came in for a women's cut. I was pleasantly surprised i only had to wait 15 minutes as it was a busy Friday afternoon. Val did a lovely job on my hair and I really enjoyed our conversation. I will definitely have my hair cut there in the future

My daughter went in to do her hair and it was a long job to do and they made it easier for her, and they loved my grandson being there and took him for a walk around the store

As Always Valerie amazes me how quickly she cuts with precision.She is a keeper so treat her well. Money well spent.

Was charged $15 more for a worse cut than the same at Salon Express Mirrabooka.Staff seemed lovely though.Will definitely be going back to Mirrabooka and not bothering here again

Kathy did my hair, I got a full set of highlights exactly one year ago and they still look so fresh and nice. I went back today making sure kathy was there and requested for her to do a full set of foils on my hair again and she did a wonderful job once again, and on top of that she gave me some very useful tips to keep my hair healthy. she makes the visits worth it, will definitely be recommending to my friends and will come again very soon !

Finally found the perfect hair salon! Can’t recommend enough, brilliant cut and lovely chat.

It has taken me a significant time to be able to sit down and write this review. I attended in June or July this year for a colour. I arrived early in the morning and waited 20 minutes until their opening time to be one of the first people in line. I was given an older lady who I asked to complete a regrowth colour and a toner, the normal service I get each time. I told her at the forefront that I had had a bad week with negative medical news and this was the only thing I had to look forward to.In my past experience the application of the colour only takes 30 minutes, yet I was on the chair for 1.5 hours (which is the time it would normally take for my colour to be done, baked, washed off and toned). I was then left uncomfortably at the sink waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come wash it off and apply the toner. When I arrived back in my chair I noticed that around my hairline there were various thick strands which were discoloured in a dark orange compared to the rest of my head. When I mentioned it to the older lady who had applied the colour she complained it was because I wanted to get out of the chair and the colour needed more time. She never said this to me at the time, she said I was ready to be washed off when I was directed to the basin. She then rolled her eyes and another hairdresser next to her said “it’s one of those days huh” which was totally unfair because when you’re paying good money you deserve to be happy with the service you’re getting and not be made to feel uncomfortable with negative comments when you speak up. She also knew I had a really bad week already.As I was then at that stage at the hair dresser for over 2.5 hours, I told her I was done and I want to leave. I was attended to ladies at the reception who attempted to offer me another tone of my hair but after that experience, the amount of time already spent and the other things I had to attend to that day, I had enough. They did take the toner off the total price but it is not enough to make me come back again.Needless to say i was in tears on the way to the car.

Amazing Service! My friend & I came in here yesterday, looking to dye our hair. I had never dyed my hair before and didn't know what colour to go for. I was reccommended to go for red highlights and they look absolutely amazing! The staff took such good care of us, asking us if we wanted water, making sure we were comfortable and having hilarious conversation with us and amongst themselves that made us laugh! Definitely coming back again & can't reccommend them enough!
