I would have given 5 but the lady on Friday stuffed it. I had a click and collect I needed to sort in less than 24 hours turnaround time due to living remote and needing to get back before dark. 1 staff member was just a robot older lady in customer service on Friday and literally just recited the website back to me. Saturday morning first thing went back and a young girl helped me. She was AWESOME. She sorted it and we were on the road by 11. Home before dark.

I thought we were given the option of human or self serve not in this store . And then the lady in the self service section was getting frustrated with us then to top it off i ring to speak to manager i ask they say hes not there then cant tell me when he will be bloody joke kmart in Mt Isa

Nice people working here and they like to know you and help. Kmart gets better and better as visits get more frequent and staff are very polite and friendly and helpful - their advice and attitudes are always Customer friendly and Customer Oriented so much so that we Customers are almost always happy to be served and guaranteed full satisfaction with the products and goods we purchase once we see aSuitable item - friendly staff and their services may make a big difference as to whether we shop and browse there and if we come back - Kmart has it all and has so much going for it and quality and good quality goods are more available each year that passes - they just get stronger and better - such a good recomend - otherwise I would not go to Kmart - simple as - thanks Kmart.

I wonder why your staff feel it necessary to be condescending to anyone over the age of 60. Two of your female staff spoke to me today with an attitude bordering on contempt…..perhaps some cultural training might work….I won’t be back

If you have someone at the cash registers who is supposed to help you, can you train them on custom service. So rude, I asked for help and she didn’t speak, didn’t help so after asking for assistance and not getting it I walked away and did not buy anything from this store. Will try another in another town.

Kmart has just about sold out of winter coats in the female section and there wasn't very much selection in the ladies knee length boots and when I checked yesterday there was practically nothing left.
