Morso is an excellent product but I have been treated very unfairly by Karen who invariably had little time to discuss the job; others were always waiting on her phone line. I didn’t quibble on price and specified powder coated matt black flue to ceiling and received sprayed stainless steel. The paint came off and she refuses to address it, first procrastinating and delaying and not getting back to me, then finally hanging up immediately after announcing who I was. I feel she has treated me as a fool. It is now in the hands of Consumer Affairs.
