Strap Stretch

I have had therapy from Cat McNab for two years, and I believe she is the ideal solution if your muscles feel tight and sore. Cat will gently yet effectively stretch your ropey muscles, leaving you feeling relaxed and comfortable. You will feel so much better after each session. I would highly recommend Cat to keep you at your physical best.

I was a bit hesitant to do assisted stretching as I am very protective of my neck and old injuries.. I was a bit nervous during my first session however I am so happy with the results I have an assisted stretch with Cat every week and have been doing so for a couple of years now. My partner who is in his 70s also gets treated by Cat and has seen a massive improvement. It is really hard to describe the session. Try it once and you will be hooked. It is safe and you lie on a table with straps and you will be amazed at the positions you get into . Cat has tons of experience and the training to back it up. I can also claim on my health insurance. You can visit her or she will come to your house! Highly recommend.

I've seen quite a number of Physio, Osteo etc due to on going back issues.A stretch session with Cat really helped with the tightness and discomfort in my back. As a plus, Cat also showed me how to do better (easier, more controlled) stretches myself at home.I'd be back way more regularly if I lived on the coast instead of brisbane!

I just had my session with Cat and I'M A NEW PERSON! I've been suffering from an autoimmunue condition for a few years and this morning in particular, I woke up feeling awful, my whole body was in pain and I didn't even have energy to walk.... after my session with her, my body was feeling A LOT better, I'm impressed! I was so impressed with how this treatment made my body feel. The stretching made me feel light, pain free, relaxed, connected and fluid. Cat was able to stretch me in exactly the areas that needed it. Not only that, she was able to give a much more satisfying stretch than I could get on my own. It never hurt and it was quite relaxing. I was surprised at how long the effects lasted. Days later my body was still thanking me for it!
