Berry Village Boutique Motel

I stayed at the Berry Boutique Motel recently as I was working in Berry early the next day. The room was quite basic, however neat, clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with the Evo shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and so kindly let me have a late check out as I wasn’t going to be back from my job in time to check out at 10am having left at 5am that morning, I was so grateful for this and it made the stay far less stressful. The motel is situated in the heart of Berry on then main street, in very close proximity to all the shops, cafes and pubs. I would definitely recommend to others and stay there myself again. It’s not a 5 start fancy hotel but for what it is which is a motel, it was great!

Beautiful town with lots to offer.We enjoyed our stay and look forward to further opportunities to stay and explore the area further.Very quiet and no disturbances during the night.

Travelling from Sydney for a wedding nearby, The Berry Village Boutique Motel was wonderful. They allowed us to book in early, to get ready for the wedding and retire there afterwards. The room was lovely, very clean and the complimentary breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Highly recommended.Thanks

A review written according to request of management.After staying at a motel in Grafton at a similar price which didn’t include breakfast there’s no comparison. Grafton with the usual U pattern building you are on show the minute you walk out the door, competing for car space people dragging suit cases past your door, cars doors banging early in the morning (I’m sure some of those cars had 15 doors) cars starting outside your window. Berry Village Boutique Motel is different. No cars parked in front of your window! Plenty of parking. I really like the design of this motel and the attention to detail when you walk in the door gives it a welcoming feel. The same goes for JOJO’S Lounge. Berry is an interesting place to come to but there’s always room for improvement. It’s good when management bothers to reply to reviews but the generic nature reflects how the town could do better connecting with their customers. This would be the icing on the cake.

Great location in the middle of Berry with the legendary Donut Van across the road. Friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet, clean and comfortable room with free wifi, quality bed linen, toiletries, iron and ironing board. The extra pillows were appreciated. Great continental breakfast with choice of juice, hot drinks, bread for toast and fresh pastries included in tariff. We will definitely stay there again.

Front desk was extremely professional and polite. Saw i had not been sent something i should have and made sure i received it.Pillows were perfect, ordered some on the way home from Berry.Cookies were tasty and home made.. a nice touch.Very clean facilities, great location.Do not take time to write reviews, but credit where credit is due.

What a delightful experience staying overnight here. Wonderful welcome from Lisa at check in made us feel instantly at home. The room assigned to our elderly Mum was perfect. Top marks for accessibility. Our room right next door was immaculate and very comfortable with all amenities you could require. Bonus breakfast included was lovely and again the staff were very welcoming and friendly and nothing was a problem. Can’t wait to return and stay longer when next visiting Berry.

Catherine and her team were just fantastic and they made our stay with our 9 mth old daughter seamless and easy. Michael, Deb and Lisa were wonderful and we had an amazing few days. I gave the rooms 4 star as the cleanliness wasn’t great especially the bathroom and toilet but apart from that couldn’t fault anything else and Would highly recommend .
