Oh my god. The word love can’t even begin to describe how I feel about YCL Jewels. I have many pieces from them, earrings and necklaces and the quality is beautiful and durable. I’ve had one of my pieces for two years now and it’s in the same shape as the day I received it. Whenever I’ve had an issue, they’ve helped me, no questions asked. I’ve asked them to write hand written notes even for gifts of friends and they go above and beyond and do that for me. It’s such a special touch to any gift. Everyone who knows me, knows how much I adore this company and it’s creator. The customer service I received from Adelaide was incredible. She went out of her way to make sure I could still get my order when there was an unforeseen issue with stock. This jewellery is sooooo much value for money. I can't believe that I can wear most of these pieces anywhere, the shower, the ocean, and they still look as good as the day I bought them, and I pay half the price of solid gold for the same result!For pieces that are very fine and delicate, they sure are durable! I sleep in mine and sometimes leave them on for weeks. Some of their pieces I have had for over three years and they still look great.Not to mention the customer service team are a dream to deal with. Thankyou so much guys! Life long customer here!

I have a YCL Jewels necklace that I adore and wanted to buy one for my bestfriend who had just had her second Cancerian baby. When I went to order I notice that the Cancer Zodiac necklace was out of stock. I sent an email inquiry to see if they knew when they would be restocked and I was helped out by Adelaide who went above and beyond to help me out! She ended up searching high and low and found the last necklace remaining in stock and had it shipped to my friend and it arrived the next day. Honestly the best customer service I have experienced in retail. I received a gold necklace as a birthday gift and unfortunately the chain broke.
