I undertook the emotional intelligence survey with an open mind, happy to find out what it would uncover. The actual survey is quite comprehensive and requires a purposeful attitude to complete. One you see the results you will understand why. It certainly confirmed one area that I have been struggling with and alerted me to a couple of other areas which I wasn't aware of. I would recommend the survey to people who are open to finding out more about self awareness, living more consciously, and aligning you daily choices with your larger sense or purpose. Would recommend under Jane's guidance!

I took the online MBSR class from Jane. We did a one-one format, which I found very valuable. It didn’t let me hide in a group and forced me to be completely present and fully participate. Jane was thorough in her teachings and generously gave many additional resources that helped deepen my understanding. She held me accountable and encouraged me throughout the eight weeks. I continue to refer back to the course materials and use the practices daily. I highly recommend this course, sign-up today.

Habits for Wellbeing
I did a one-on-one with Jane, long distance. I had been well acquainted with mindfulness before taking the course, but I did not know much about how to integrate it into my daily life. The 8-week MBSR course did that for me. Jane is an excellent instructor. The meditation audios are wonderful; the materials are easy to read and informative; the worksheets help keep track of daily mindfulness practices and meditations. The quality was excellent and professional, with good communication. I wood recommend Habits for Wellbeing to anyone and everyone.
