I initially contacted Bob to discuss how Private Certifying works as I was looking into a fiberglass pool & trying to make my dream of having a pool a bit more affordable..I met with Bob that afternoon as he was kind enough to swing past on his drive home and after we got to talking, he asked me why I wasn’t thinking of a Concrete pool given how much more room I would have for water space due to my land size & that he specifically had a concrete pool company with his business partner. He asked me what my priorities were, which was extra water, affordable price & not a headache of a project!Building a pool should be exciting but, the amount of stories I had heard, to be honest I was even skeptical to build a pool. BRILLIANT POOLS changed that for me.. I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER! Bob & Bill made that happen! Communicating with just the business owners and not 100 people was exactly what i wanted!I signed away in April 2019 for my pool to be built by these 2 fantastic guys and they finished it in Sept 2019 just before the Summer season! Every time I tell people how fast it took they are shocked.. I was even shocked.From the initial excavation, to the steel work, to the tiles, electrical, every stage of building this amazing pool that I’m over the moon about, was flawless by these guys. Their communication was fantastic! Nothing was too much work for them.. Any question I had, any opinions I needed, both Bob & Bill were always available and happy to help me as well as always keeping me in the loop.I couldn’t recommend Brilliant Pools more! Anyone that asks me about pools, I will continue to refer these honest, hardworking and reputable pool experts as I would want everyone to have the same experience as I did..It’s supposed to be exciting!!! You both treated my property and pool as if you were building your own pool and that for me made the entire experience stress free that I could attend to my job and just know my property was in safe hands. I am chairman of the Strata of a prestigious block of apartments in Bondi JunctionOur pool and spa needed refurbishing - the pool was 18 years old, with lots of use.We asked Bob Rona of Brilliant Pools to quote to completely strip out the pool and spa, as well as the tiled surrounds.From the first time we met him onsite, not only was he extremely enthusiastic about his product, but his years of experience were clearly visible. Although we had 2 other quotes, we felt most comfortable with his.The entire process was relatively painless - he gave us a timeline, and stuck to it.We are extremely pleased with the finished product.It is now over 2 years since the job was done. Bob Rona from Brilliant Pools is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. No question was too big or small and his pools are beautifully designed which shows the level of care and commitment he takes when comes to the project. Bob from Brilliant took us through the design & planning of our new concrete pool. Bill organised the building process. The end product speaks for itself - a high quality job at a reasonable price - that accommodated a few design changes as we went. Bob & Bill are experienced, available to answer questions and don't give you the runaround. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering a concrete pool or repairing one.
