BFU has great work outs, a good environment and friendly staff. Along with most other gyms they do have a late cancellation" and "no show" fee

Body Fit Training Unley is a fantastic gym to be a part of. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and their trainers are engaged, motivating and knowledgeable. I really love the large variety of programs they offer which use different training styles to help their clients achieve a well rounded level of fitness. Going to the gym has never been more enjoyable!

BFTU makes me feel so welcome and pushes me to my limits everyday. I am definitely the fittest I've ever been and I get excited to see the trainers every morning, their enthusiasm, warmth and knowledge is amazing!

I really enjoy BFU! I have come from a different group tranning background and have felt that this setting is a lot more focused on working with your body, your strength and developing on that each week. I get so much out of the session, from learning about Technique to burning HEAPS of calories and well as building strength. It’s a nice team environment, the staff and really focuses on ensuring we receive the best workout possibly in a friendly environment! Highly recommend!!

First time in my life I actually look forward to going to the gym! Each session is different and I love how they structure the week so you can go everyday if you choose. They’ve created a great culture, play good beats (shoutout to Christin) and it’s a fun way to burn calories!
