We have been buying our seafood from Blu Waters for a long while now.Quality, variety, presentation and service is outstanding by any measure! Congratulation to Brett and his team! We have many favorites but salmon and freshly cooked whole lobster are on top of our list!

Brett and his team catered our footy club function and it was not only amazing value for money but the food and the service was second to none!!! I just told them my budget and my idea and they did the rest!! We received so much positive feedback about the food and we will definitely continue to use them as much as we can! There is an enthusiastic boss and enthusiastic employees, making customers feel very cordial. The fish products are fresh and the prices are fair.

Today i went there to buy some prawns $64.99 per kg what a rip off even saw fish for selling at $70 per kg if going to pay that much you must have more money than brains. So I went elsewhere and paid $34.99 kg. This company should be investigated for price gouging

We stopped in at Blu Waters Seafoods at Lilydale Market Place (shopping centre in Hutchinson Street) for some seafood - it was recommended. We bought some great looking Aussie prawns (not the imported stuff), and a lovely fillet of Barramundi. And we couldn't leave without one of those packs of seafood chowder (just heat and serve, or add more seafood to taste). They also do take away seafood - the freshly cooked items in the warmer looked great.

Seriously Great team, Brett served me after my first visit and was so enthusiastic about his business and Seafood in general. I bought Marinara mix and he asked if we liked salt and pepper swuid, Hell yeah and he just cooked some up whilst we waited to give us a taste, Beautifully cooked and what great service, I paid $10 less overall as I bought prawns and a dip and he said take it for this amount. Been back every week.I love my seafood and have lived in Tassie so know what Ive seen. These guys are great, head in there and get yourself treated to a real Old fashioned Aussie experience.

I had my first visit today to Blu Waters Seafoods, it was wonderful. I had freshly cooked Salmon and parmasen Arancini , absolutely delicious. Brett, the owner gave me some Coffin Bay oysters to try, which he had got at the market this morning - I came home with 4 dozen for the family!I have found my new Seafood supplier, and they are local in Lilydale. I would highly recommend you give them a try, they give a money back guarantee too.
