I dropped in earlier today to buy a second wrist band for a RC Sports Watch I bought a while back. I could’ve got a new band anywhere but went back to Rip Curl Miranda specifically because of the memorable personal service I received at the time of purchase.Upon entry, Zoe greeted me in a warm friendly manner and after understanding my request, asked Ella to join us to look at various options.Together, they were next level in terms of product knowledge and helpfulness. Ella fitted the new band for me, made sure I was totally happy with the comfort and style and went as far as to courteously enquire about battery life.These two ladies have today ensured that I’ll be a Rip Curl in-store customer for life. When quality service, product knowledge and warm friendliness combine - it’s a powerful offering. Well done Ella, Zoe and Rip Curl Miranda!

Very busy at Xmas time but service was great and love that there are bigger sizes for men..

Yeah its a lil pricey but the money is worth the product. Would like to see more wetsuits. But bikini range was awesome, clothes and accessories was wicked! Friendly staff.

Great service, unfortunately the band on my favourite watch is discontinued. Bit frustrating since it’s just the loop that holds the flap bit on. Anyhoo the gals and guys were awesome.
