Horrible Service. never respond whatsoever . Had to call and follow up with them every single day.

Saw me quickly and scheduled procedure quickly. Out of pocket is more than I normally pay for this procedure. A bit slow on essential follow ups in my case. Need a better phone system.

Extremely rude, Unhelpful over the phone not willing to help or make a booking. What's the point of looking after your health if the guys on the other side don't want to help? Zero stars

Constantly kept waiting throughout process, from initially waiting for a face to face consult only to be eventually booked in for a telehealth appointment instead. Absolutely no follow through, having to chase up constantly. Didn't initially send through referrals for additional urgent tests for over a week causing further delay. Ridiculously priced. When asked to discuss an adverse reaction to medication and these delays, they outright claimed they don't want to hear it.Additionally some years ago attempted a sleep study here, in which I presume their tech went home early, as when I awoke during the night the viewing room was empty (investigated after waiting some time for assistance). Later claimed was assisting other patient but their timeline didn't check out on this claim.

Receptionists do not communicate with each other or leave notes for each other. Same repetative lines after 5 days talking with them. feel helpless.

Poor communication from reception. Had to phone many times to ask something and to ask for admission and anaesthetic forms. Even called in there for them to be told they would email them that day but stil had to call them the day after. On first visit the staff seemed very disconected with theire jobs. Made us wonder if the Drs were of a similar standing. We pay for private health care and expect decent treatment. The private hospital on the other hand are excellent.

Worst service! Can never get through on the phone. No return calls or emails. One of The receptionist has a serious attitude, rude an unprofessional. Have also been waiting 2+ weeks for scripts etc. Doctors are great, it’s unfortunate they have to operate out of this joint.

Dr Suraj and the team at NT Medical Specialists are fantastic. Efficient and they get you in quickly. Dr Suraj is very nice and takes good care of you.

Saw Dr, 2 mins, no examination $265, Total rip off. Receptionist unprofessional, yelling across the room to other Drs, was appalling, then was rude to me at end of consult .Don't waste yr time or money

Had a fantastic experience with this practice. Colon cancer surgery performed by Dr Suraj was fantastic with fast recovery….I would recommend him very highly. A dedicated professional surgeon …..
