My son had the slurpee machine explode all over him and onto the floor. He explained the situation and asked the service man for a new cup and was refused and told that ‘he broke it and had to pay for a new one’. My son recruited my help, I requested a new cup and was silenced with a hand and told it was his fault for breaking it and using it wrong. I reach for a cup, so he called the police!He was horrible, rude and dismissive and not willing to be reasonable. I have never experienced such bad customer service all over a $1 slurpee.

Worst service ever. Haven't seen a rude guy like this man before. So discriminated if you are using a 7 evelen fuel voucher. Will never come back.

Worst customer service. I was told stop using my phone while pumping petrol. I was not using my phone at all, I asked if he saw me on the camera using my phone with no answer to give he started saying I'm being rude. If you don't like this job find something else to do mate.

What an aweful experience!!!! The management here needs a big kick up the backside and taught some customer service skills. Fancy calling the police on someone wanting some help with the Slurpee machine when it exploded on them. Absolute stupidity. Avoid this place!!

Update your staff so they can understand in app shopping better. if shoping in app is for easy of customer it should be in that way, neither it should be hard for customer.

Very rude customer service! The guy working there was busy loading boxes and pretend not see me while I was waiting to pump. When I asked him what took so long ? His response was very rude and yelling that he had to count contents from boxes. I have reported this man to head office/ customer service and hoping to hear back soon. I am not sure if this is the same person that has led to all these bad reviews. My only advice is take it up with customer service and if not head office. Its about time they have microphones inside to hear how these customer service people talk!

In the middle of a global pandemic, a million signs telling me to wear a mask, but his is on inside out and he manhandles all the Slurpee cups on a 30 degree day. No thanks Mr rude man. Not interested in returning to somewhere that needs to touch my cup several times

Worst 7-11 I've ever been to. Went with my cousins and the machine exploded. Then blamed it on us and didn't give us a new cup (which he kept at the counter). Didn't check the machine and threatened to call the cops on us. Extremely rude and judgmental. Desperately needs new management.
