Apart from being experienced in everything concerning cycling, Alan is a first class mechanic. Above all, yesterday I experienced an attribute too often missing in business: integrity. I arrived at the shop having had Alan buy for me and completely assemble a Colnago C64 with all the fruit to go on it. The bike looked fantastic and had been assembled beautifully. After all the ooh... aah's about the sensational looking bike, Alan openly showed me the tiniest of scratches which he had accidentally done on the back of the seat-post. Others would have attempted to cover up such a blemish because it was so small but he indicated that he had already ordered a replacement post. He chose integrity and he has our family's business now for life. Don't let the old-style retailing put you off the amazing service, knowledge and integrity which reside in this cycling shop. After the repair service my bike was still experiencing the same problem even if a bit was improved. So the day after I went back to have it fixed properly since when he charged me 80$ he said that the problem was completely fixed. He then started snorting when talking to me and being really rude. And when I stated that I was disappointed for having been charged the full amount for not having solved my problem he started yelling at me. So that I decided to just cut it short and leave. Overall very bad experience with a rude person with no idea on how to deal with customers.

I went to get my bicycle’s brakes fixed. Guy at this shop asked $100 straight without even looking. Eventually, i ended up getting those brakes fixed in $30 from another repairer.

This is a family run business who know how to look after their customers with truthful honest service. Alan looks after my bikes (old and new), is very down to earth with quoting repairs, no over servicing"

Best and honest customer service by Allan. Great deals on mid and high end road bikes. Conversely, very good deals on low priced but high quality every day bikes ( especially things people forget about comparing, which might at first appear as cheap in big department stores like Europa has low cost bikes having light alloy frame, quick release for wheels and seat, alloy or stainless steel wheels and spokes) . I'm taken care of year after year during maintenance or tyres and tubes.

I bought all my bikes over the years from Europa Cycles, the best bikes I ever had. The owners Alan and John are very professional and friendly, highly knowledgeable about the bikes, all the aspects of cycling, products and reapairs. Every time I had a flat tire or anything wrong with my bike I would just walk in without the appointment and they would fix the problem on the spot. I highly recommend this place, for me they are the best, so friendly and helpful. And they don’t rip you off, they really respect their customers. And all the stuff that works there are the same, true professionals. Thanks everyone at Europa Cycles for looking after me and my bikes over the years . You guys are cool, and the best!!!

First contact when I brought the bike was quite unpleasant as if the guy was not interested. When I came to pick up the bike, given this was costing $120 for maintenance of the bike, I started to ask few questions about what he did and I did not get much details as if he was annoyed by my question (adjusting gears which is why I came first, checking brakes and fixing the stem, that's all I got from him). He basically said I had to trust what he did. When I asked again about something he seemed upset and replied again not to worry and it is all good and asked me if I wanted to buy some oil on top for the chain!No invoice with any details, I paid and told him in the end that I think it is normal that when you pay for a service (I am still figuring out how it could have been so expensive), you want to know some details. I said to him that he would want to know what exactly he is buying when he pays for something. He's probably still figuring out what this means or more probably does not give a f...If you read this, you hopefully did a great job at fixing the bike but basically you seriously have to work on your EQ, learn what customer service is, how to communicate and not rip off customers!Now I know why the other bike repairer were booked for 2 weeks and you could take the bike immediately! I should have read the reviews...First time I post a review but sorry this was the worst I experienced in a long time. I am clearly not recommending it. I am still trying to figure out how they are still in business with this attitude. You got my money once but I will now rather wait for 2 weeks for a booking at another shop :(

Been getting my road bike serviced here for a couple of years. Also had a few emergency repairs done and it is never a problem with a quick turn around. They do a great job and have great service. Bike always comes back riding smooth

Alan is a top mechanic and has great understanding of all the latest equipment. Really good value service and I know my bike has been well looked over. Alan always goes the extra mile to fix any issues. I can't speak highly enough of his servicing.
