Horrible, the worst long service leave fund in Australia and that is saying something in itself. Their employees are not educated in the services MyLeave are supposed to provide and it’s impossible to find relevant information especially in regards to missing service.

be very careful with this scheme, having been employed for the last 2 years on this, i have made the bold move to work for myself, after speaking to them, i no longer am entitled to have scheme on my own and all my contributions i have accured to go back to zero after 2 years and they get to keep all the money. total waste of time
