Always running late. It's as if appointment times don't actually mean anything.Would not recommend if you have other things in your life that require your time

I have waited over 12 weeks to write this review in order to be fair and pass a reasonable judgement. I’ve seen dr David Fitzgerald after having and injury to my nose at work, dr requested X-ray first even though Dr at emergency in hospital said the nose needs a CT scan, result said there was nothing, I pleaded to dr to examine my nose because it was clearly crooked as the dr at hospital said it probably is. Dr David refused said no need workcover won’t fix it anyway, I said it’s my right to at least get a diagnosis and wether or not workcover approves the fixing is not your concern, he insisted refusing to give me CT scan or looking at my nose or referring me to a specialist, had a complete careless rude attitude towards me which I don’t know the motivation to, or is it just his character maybe.Any way I’ve seen another GP in which he automatically referred me to get a CT scan which showed I need a surgery and now I’m in for a scheduled a surgery in august to fix the spectrum.David Fitzgerald Such a carless dr. I just don’t understand why work as a drTo be fair to the clinic I’ve seen another two drs and they were good. Also waiting times and front desk staff were reasonable

I had a Horrible experience with the Receptionist the girl in green hair color and in maroon uniform with ugly attitude. I was on phone for no more than 5 sec she shouted from the reception to go out That was unacceptable. I hope the management take action on her .

I can't rave more about the service I have had from Dr Nyugen. He is so attentive, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed when I am there and he has been so helpful with prescriptions and listening to my concerns. I have lived in Adelaide for 5 years and he us by far the best doctor I have been too. I don’t ever bother to leave a review but this was very poor service. I was waiting with my unwell 1 year old for over an hour to see the doctor and the reception staff were rude. I was trying to hold their hand sanitising station so my son would not tip it over and they kept telling me not to play with it. I advised them that I was walking out to change his nappy and they told me off that my mask was slipping and to wear it properly while I was with 1 hand holding the toddler and the other hand holding his medical book and my keys. So clearly it was not intentional but they did not think to care or acknowledge my situation. The wait time was too long and he got exhausted and bored and kept walking around in an empty waiting room towards the end and one staff member comes up to him and talks to him as if he is a child, not a baby and tells him to take his seat. My usual GP clinic is much more accommodating and if they see he is restless they will offer us an empty room so I can put him to sleep or feed him. Simple gestures or at least having some empathy goes a long way…

Office staff very rude. When reading reviews I see this is a common thread in the reviews!!!On entering to see my podiatrist was completely ignored and then told off for having face book on. Puts me off coming but my podiatrist us wonderful so I will return. Your staff need training in Customer service

Helen (purple hair) on reception is extremely rude and unnecessarily obnoxious. Not sure why she believes she is entitled to such a bad attitude or to speak to people the way she does.

Worst GP Practice I have ever been to. I would rate this clinic 0 if there was 0 star!!! I arrived there with one of our client who had MND and it was his first appointment at this clinic. After waiting for 30 minutes, one lady comes and tell us that clients wheelchair cannot go inside as it doesn't fit inside, Therefore, Doctor cannot do the consultation. I was very furious because basically they were refusing to see client with MND (Motor neuron disease) and the name of the doctor was Mr. Sue man as I saw they had wheelchair access in that clinic, So I felt very bad for our client. In which clinic there won't be any wheelchair access??? We weren't notified on the phone regarding this matter. Client travelled 50km from his home just to come to this clinic. Whoever is reading this please do not go to this clinic. WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT!!!!

Dr Claudia Janowski is such an asset to this clinic. Very professional, thorough, caring and all round lovely doctor! She ensures you get the best care. Definitely the reason I come back to this clinic!

Experienced a rude office person who told me my Medicare had expired when in fact it was in date! The doctor was also rude & abrupt who did not give me time to explain why I was there, just marched me through the building to have a PCR test. Even though I had a negative result the night before. Never Again!!
