Talk about the loveliest service I received. It’s just wonderful the care showed me with genuine empathy. India at reception was just so lovely and accommodating and the specialist I saw just knew her stuff (apologies as I have forgotten her name). Very professional and knowledgable staff. My 9 year old son recently fractured his arm and we were referred to Kate for a fibreglass cast. She was excellent in caring for him and the process was very quick and efficient. Allison was also very informative and attentive over the phone and in person. I highly recommend this clinic.

I felt so welcomed the moment I walked in the door and Kate was just brilliant - professional, personable and so knowledgable and I left feeling a whole lot better than when I arrived!

Had an absolute fantastic experience. Kate was a very attentive professional who was clear about pros and cons of the brace I got, as well as setting realistic expectations. She has great knowledge and experience and I’d highly recommend her. The brace is excellent quality and is helping me to be more mobile and have less pain as I await surgery. Can’t thank her enough!
