Panorama Jindabyne

Ive stayed in a large number of motels in Jindabyne and this was such an unexpected pleasant surprise that exceeded all of my expectations. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well appointed. The lounge and restaurant are amazing with spectacular views of the lake. The food for both dinner and breakfast was excellent. The service and friendliness from staff was top notch. It was great to have a selection of games in the lounge for the kids to keep them happy after a day on the slopes. Very family friendly motel as bar closes by 9pm .I'm definitely making this a regular from now on.

They hosted our ski party of 16 for multiple nights. Great food, service and clean rooms. Will be booking again

Not sure about all the bad reviews - maybe they are people expecting 5 star accomodation, which this isn't, and doesn't pretend to be.Like most other guests there, we were after budget friendly family accommodation that was clean, good hot shower, good breakfast, close to ski tube. Panorama ticks all those boxes. We found the staff friendly.Panorama is perfectly placed on the right side of town near the ski tube turnoff so you are in front of the morning traffic.Would definitely stay again. Don't be put off by the bad reviews.

As a summer location in Jindabyne this was an excellent choice!With sweeping views over the lake and a great continental breakfast my wife and I were lacking for nothing.Friendly management and clean rooms means we have nothing but compliments. Will definitely stay there again.

Very disappointed. only two customers in the hôtel and not able to give a room with view. breakfast buffet menu displaid in the réception but no buffet in reality. no all products available. and it was necessary to ask at the staff each thing. staff not really friendly. old bathroom and shower was just horrible, too much preasure. Bathroom like a public swimming pool bathroom. Not good for the price

Nice old-fashioned hotel, which suits me perfectly. Lovely views. We stayed in the off-peak season and it felt at times we had the hotel to ourselves. Great buffet breakfast. The manager was very helpful. Excellent water pressure in the shower. If you’re after quiet, convenient accommodation, I highly recommend the Panorama.

This motel has a comfortable bed, good heating, great breakfast and a lovely view from the balcony. The room is clean, if a bit tired, ours had a lot of bunks in it, we would have preferred a couch, but they were handy to put our bags on. This motel is a generous 3 star with convenient proximity to shops and brewery. The most disappointing part of our stay here was the shower, the shower head was so tiny that it was impossible for your whole body to be warm in the shower. Clean and functional place to stay. Would stay again.

As a group of rural community members with a common interest we travel around the country in a coach and have been doing this for over 20years, having been to every capitol city in Australia plus many towns and local sights. We really hit the Jackpot with the Panorama Jindabyne Motel. The breakfasts were voted the best value as were the evening meals, the views from the dining area over the Lake Jindabyne were most memorable.Booking was a breeze with BiBi going out of her way to accommodate our every needs.Prim, the manager was sensational, never have we seen the like of this energetic person before, nothing was a trouble to her and Nong her chef.

Do your self a favour and don’t book this place. We booked online for a family of 4 with the “premium suite”. The pictures look nice but in reality it is completely different. The rooms do not look like the pictures. The are chains locking the beds to the walls and the room looks like what I would call a prison cell. Fitting 4 people in the room would be a stretch.When I approached the lady who I believe is the owner and said the pictures look nothing like the room she said “show me”. So I showed her and she said “only a few things different. No big deal”I said it’s completely misleading and I’d like a refund for it. Her response was “good luck with that”.I hope they use my money to use towards renovations to the room.Absolutely disgusting hotel and service. We booked a 2 bedroom room at the Rydges down the road. It cost about 40% more but is 200% better.I’ve never left a negative review for any business but this place is terrible. Save your time and money and don’t go here
