It is my special moment when I visit Djurra Lifestyle Salon in Fremantle. The staff is amazingly friendly, the treatments are top quality and I feel myself beautiful and full of energy after my hair or facial treatments. Thank you !

I love this salon. I recently went back for the first time in several years after moving back to the state, and even with a change out of some staff, they are still so pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. I will always make the 30-minute drive to get my hair done here, especially with the added bonus of a neck massage before the haircut and amazing scalp massages when getting your hair washed.

I love the atmosphere, the staff are friendly, professional and go out their way to be helpful- as a Kiwi import - I have to say this place is definitely one of the best I have ever been to.

As a Fremantle makeup artist the salon books me to provide makeup on their valued clients in salon. I’ve now started coming here for my own haircut and colour and cannot fault this beautiful experience. Anita and team have created an exceptional stand out salon in the heart of Fremantle. Djurra salon represents exactly what good service and a beautiful experience means, all wrapped up with an in chair massage and a warming cup of the Aveda signature tea. I’m in love with this place. Been coming to Djurra for years, always getting massages or facials. The service and experience is always the best and nothing compares. Have had Em the last few times- she’s wonderful, I actually took her name last time I came so I could make sure I got her again this time and completely forgot but when I turned up today my facial was with her which was great! She always gives good recommendations for your skin and is genuine. Thanks so much Em!!

This salon has absolutely awful customer service and completely disregards their customers’ requests. My wife attended this salon, requesting a trim and some foils to gradually return to her natural hair colour. She had around 5-10cm of visible regrowth where her previous highlights blended her natural caramel-strawberry blonde hair to the blonde tips of her hair. She also showed the stylist photos of the last time her hair colour was all natural.Before she realised what was happening, the stylist had started a full head colour, not the foils she had requested. She returned home with bright cherry red hair, crying because it was so different from what she had wanted. I phoned the salon to request a redo because my wife was so distraught at the thought of attending 2 weddings and an engagement party with bright cherry red hair. I was told that the stylist “nailed it” and “gave her exactly what she had asked for”, so she was not eligible for a redo. I was informed that she could return in a weeks’ time to have some foils added if she wanted, but that she would have to pay again for these. Given that foils was all my wife had asked for in the first place, I do not believe that this is at all fair.If a customer leaves your salon in tears because of the colour you have dyed their hair, you clearly haven’t ‘nailed it’. And when the terms used are ‘strawberry blonde’ and ‘caramel’, then deep cherry red is NOT “exactly what she asked for”.

My hair is naturally curly so needs a cut and style to enhance the curls and the right products so that it doesn't turn to frizz or dry straw. I am so grateful to Anita and her staff at Djurra. People complement me all the time now about my hair. Anita and staff are curly hair specialists and I highly recommend them.

Having been in for a consult I felt so confident that Darcy was going to be amazing I booked in and wasn’t disappointed. Darcy was warm, caring and knows his hair. He actually made me feel good about having thick unruly hair!The salon is lovely. The head massage is a beautiful start and the staff are all happyI’m looking forward to my next visit - already booked…

I love this place. The spa is excellent and all of the treatments are so relaxing and luxurious. All of the hair stylists are wonderful, and I enjoy having my hair done here so much because it always looks so amazing afterwards! Best of all, everyone is so friendly and down to earth, unlike other salons I have been to which feel much too pretentious.
