I have grown up and worked and lived in the Campbelltown, Macarthur area since 1967. Raj the customer service/operator at the Ampol at Leumeah is the most friendliest, cheerful person. Sorry to see he is leaving to go to another Ampol closer to his home, however, it would be nice if he was recognised for his outstanding customer service........visiting the Leumeah 2560 Ampol is a pleasure, when greeted with Raj's sense of humour, manners and cheerfulness, i hope that this review is passed on to him..............thanks Sharon

Very bad fuel, never using Ampol againI filled my vehicle with diesel from this Ampol petrol station - Cnr Pacific Hwy & Halls Rd Coffs Harbour NSW 2450, on the way back to Syd.The fuel was so bad that my vehicle started lagging while accelerating, it then didn’t start after I stopped to check. I had to call the roadside assistance then a tow truck, mechanic said it’s a bad fuel. They had to dump all the fuel and refill with new fuel. Lucky It didn’t effect the engine.I used to fill up with Ampol before but never had this problem.It’s probably be just this place but I’ll be stopping using them again.

Seen and heard the Abysmal treatment of a decent customer. After viewing this treatment of trusted Colleague and their virtually non-existent service. Poor communication and when they finally get comms, just excuses.We are old school. U can't reinvent the wheel. Find a problem, find a solution, avoid further problems. Sadly it appears only their Investigation Department is proactive. No doubt they won't be light on work given the number of incompent lower level staff around. That's 2 customers Caltex have lost this week. Shell/Vitol and BP now for my fleet and I.

Caltex staff,I’d like to issue a formal complaint against the actions of your staff members who threatened me and my company earlier today.Unfortunately due to suspected fraudulent activity with our bank, our accounts dept took steps to temporarily suspend transactions from some of our accounts.This resulted in a passive aggressive phone call from Caltex, threatening to close the account if payment was not made immediately. The call came out of nowhere no less than 4 days this was due.This is unacceptable behaviour. I’ve put a request in to reactivate this particular account and take out payment now on your request. Please let me know when this is done.It seems as though Caltex has a problem with customer service. We’ve decided to rate this Caltex service down in it’s online presence as to warn others of the experience we’ve had. At this point we will review the service and be in contact.

NORTH WOLLONGONG AMPOL STATION.. FLINDERS ST.. ABSOULUTLY LOUSEY SERVICE..IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE 24 HRS... BUT THAT ONLY IF U CAN WAKE UP THE ATTENDANT" IF A MIRICALE OCCURS U WILL COP ATTITUDE WITH RUDNESS.... OH AND AS FOR THE ATM MACHINE ..IT CHARGES THE CUSTOMER...BEFORE IT WAS THE STAR SERO.... THE ATM NEVER CHARGED THE CUSTOMER...AMPOL COLLECTS A COMMISSION... AND WHEN THEY RIG IT UP TO STEAL YOUR CARD...THEY WONT OPEN IT AND RETURN IT BACK....THE FOOD IS ALL TASTELESS GARBAGE WITH EXUBERANT PRICES... GO A BIT FURTHER UP THE ROAD ...YOULL BE GLAD U DID.."

Very Poor corporate culture - Caltex/Ampol - the Caltex Shares has changed to Ampol Shares but none of the poor share holders have been informed by a simple email that changes neither by Caltex/Ampol or their equally irresponsible Management Co - BoardRoom - it seems to me a Foreign Non Australian Culture of communication with Share Holders

I got a new Caltex Star card (first time account customer) delivered a few months ago as part of a Qantas Frequent Flyer deal. Easy to sign up for & easy-to-use. The first month went by without a hitch - fantastic. Even sent a complimentary email as to how easy and effective the service was.Then I get the first bill for $473 and I said replied back and said no worries money is in the account - great service again. Few more days later I saw the money still hadn't come out. I thought, that's might just be because billing dag fell on a Saturday, but I sent another email just in case. No reply to any of these three emails.A week or so later I get an email with a dishonour fee of $35 along with the statement for the original amount with a Bpay number. It says must be paid in order to use card again etc. So I went to the bank and paid the amount $473.I called Star Card and the lady attendant of seemingly Indian Descent told me it's because I've entered my account number incorrectly. I said I don't believe so please send me a copy of this and she still hasn't done this. I ask to be put onto a supervisor I was on hold for 20 to 25 minutes before I gave up and hung up.Now a month later, on the next account the $35 has appeared as a dishonor fee. I emailed them and stated my position. First time ever I get a response to an email - i was surpised as I thought it might be a dead end/ no-reply account. Then I got a call from another lady from Caltex Starcard and she tells me after a long while it's because my BSB number was entered incorrectly and she doesn't know why but that's what the bank remittance say why it bounce back last month. I said hang on

Absolutely terrible organization with zero empathy. They will force you to work through illness or ill health. Do not recommend to join at all.
