Grant did some maintenance work for me on a property recently prior to leasing out. He was very punctual and gave me a lot of helpful advice on things I was not aware of, being first time leasing out a property that I was managing myself. As it was an old property, we discovered that more work was required to ensure the property was acceptable to rent out. I had a very tight timeline and Grant was very helpful to fit in the additional work for me the next day.The work done was also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Grant for any plumbing jobs. In fact, I am already looking at getting Grant to help me on the plumbing work for an outdoor kitchen at our new house. I will also have Grant as my plumber for any plumbing issues on the rental property as well as my new house.
