I was in desperate need to have my car looked at on a Friday and needed it to be ready by the end of the day as my alternator was about to give out. At 12:30pm I called this place and Michael was very accommodating of my last minute request and was able to fit me in to his day and have it ready again for me by the end of the day. He was very professional and kind and reassured me that he would do everything he can. He called a bit later to notify me that my water pump was also gone and sought permission first before just replacing it. My car was ready at 6:30 and was good as new for a long drive the next day. I’m still very thankful that he was kind enough to fit me into his day with no notice!

Michael is a great mechanic! He looks after 3 vehicles for us. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Michael is absolutely fantastic!I first dealt with him in February when I had engine failure around the corner. He squeezed me in with a moment notice and educated me about what was wrong and actually suggested I get in touch with BMW because that type of issue should have been under warranty (one month OUT of warranty). He was so helpful and actually insisted I take my business to BMW which meant he didn't get the job/income.6 months later, I now have big issues with my brakes and I've come to him straight away. He quoted me $2,300.00 less than what BMW have quoted and although he was fully booked for 2.5 weeks, he let me drop my car off SAME DAY and told me he would work on it in between jobs!Seriously, Michael goes above and beyond. I believe him to be very trustworthy and cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have been seeing Michael for years. He and his team have always had my car back quickly (sometimes same day), and the work is always high quality and he communicates what’s happening before he does it. Highly recommended- I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Seriously the best mechanic I have ever encountered.Friendly, helpful, reasonable and nothing is too much trouble. Anytime Michael adjusts/repairs my vehicle/s (as I have been going there for 15 out of the last 17 years - 3 years overseas where I really missed having a great mechanic!) he explains everything in detail, even shows me on or under the car and makes sure I thoroughly understand what he has changed.I recommend this place to anyone who has ever asked and now more than 10 of my friends continue to take their cars here, some even after they have moved house further away.Not the cheapest, but far from the most expensive too. Regardless, the service is incomparable to almost any business I have ever encountered and can not even recommend Huntingdale Auto as highly as it deserves.

I have been using Huntingdale Automotive for about 5 years and I am very satisfied with their service. Michael is a top mechanic who knows everything about cars. There are never any nasty surprises in the bill because anything that needs to be done that isn't scheduled in the work, Michael will call and discuss first. I highly recommend them.

Huntingdale auto did an extremely speedy repair on my cars engine. They did a fantastic job and I would go back again. Highly recommend using this shop.

Had a great experience with Huntingdale Automotive ~ Michael was very accommodating and managed to fit me in during the busy holiday period.The communication between himself and me was superb and we were kept thoroughly updated during the process.He was able to diagnose the issue and provide us a solution within a few hours; had my car back within a few hours of dropping it off working perfectly.Would definitely recommend Huntingdale Automotive if you are looking for a reliable mechanic; who goes above and beyond and is even willing to give a thorough explanation of the process to the uninitiated.
