without knowing, I phoned just after closing after lunch Saturday. However someone answered the phone. I was told he can't help, that they had a busy morning and everyone is tired , he cant talk, ring Monday. WHY ANSWER the phone. Very unprofessional.

Took my car here for a repair and it was returned to me with a missing engine cover. Called up to query this and staff were very rude, insisting that they did not have this cover. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I went to this fabulous place on one of my friends recommendation for a wheel alignment. It was perfectly a right decision. This store is conveniently located near Caltex. The gentleman at the cashier was super helpful and explained me the problems with my tyres. They got me a good price also. Their services are fast and accurate. You can wait while enjoying a coffee or tea with free wi-fi. If you are nearby they will even drop you to your place free of charge.

5 stars, says it all.I needed a rotate, balance and alignment, and not only was the work done timely, it was cost effective and professional. The gentleman which assisted me was friendly and the waiting area was alright.My husband took his car there for the same thing, and they were honest, he didn't need it yet and he rebooked for when he needed to go.

Excellent service from Josh and boys at Goodyear, Ashmore. Had them fit up some 37” off-road tyres for me at late notice. Good customer service and competitive prices means a happy customer. Highly recommend.

Very professional staff, great workmanship and always well priced with all aspects of their work and done in a timely manner. I have been dealing with Josh and the team for a few years now, and they are always very professional and very friendly. We have had cause to use Goodyear Autocare Ashmore, a number of times recently for our kids vehicles that have had problems, and their quotes and prices have by far outdone other quotes received and the repairs have been done quickly.Definitely recommend this business!

Excellent service, fast turnaround, very well priced. Took in my CRV for an alignment after smashing it up badly while off-roading. Another shop said they weren't able to do anything with it, claiming suspension arms were bent. The lads at Goodyear did an excellent job getting it back to as close to standard as possible. I'll definitely be back with both of my track cars.
