I wasn't asked about shape before the nail tech cut the tip square. I said I wanted a round shape. She had to redo one tip( no acrylic) the pricelist said full set And shellac for $45 dollars. I went to pay and they woman asked for $50. I advised her of the price list. She spoke to the woman who did my nails and said your nails are pointed so $5 extra" my nails are really short and just normally rounded.I said the nail tech didn't tell me that.Her response : "she tell you now"I refused to pay and told her she can't do tha it and only gave them $45. They were so rude to me after that and shoved my receipt into my hand.I will not be going back as the work on my nails is awful"

worse nail place ever do not recommend to anyone. My nails are crooked and when I asked for coffin shape they said I had to pay 10 dollars more. They where ruff and very rude, will not be coming back any time soon.

Lovely service! my bf and I had a great pedicures they used single use pedicure instruments which is very hygienic!

They are the worst. Went on Friday and they told me waiit for half hour. I waited for 2 hours and never got anyone to attend my eyebrows and upperlips. The guy managing the counter did not even have curtsey to tell me that it would take another hour and did not even apologize for the delay. I had to walk out later. Waste of my time and very unproffesional environment. Save time and go opposite the road. There are two other shops who do a better job and are professional in sunbury.

I loved my experience, and my nails!!

Absolutely horrified, actually burnt a few layers of skin off my daughter eye brow when doing a wax. They were then extremely RUDE and nasty when she asked for her money back. They then laughed at her and spoke to each other in their own language. Another customer in the store at the time also stuck up for her as did I but they continued to be rude. I would never go back to this salon and would Not recommend it to anyone else. I have photographic evidence to prove what they have done and am taking further action.

Depending on the lady who serves you, you can leave with very well shaped eyebrows, or badly shaped with multiple layers of the skin taken off. Have received bad treatment 3 times now even when ive warned them about my sensitive skin and asked to confirm the temperature of the wax. I now have scars from the burns and am very angry. Will not be returning any time soon!

I’ve only had positive experiences at Nails Desire and I’ve been many times. My nails always look great after a mani/pedi. The staff have always been gentle with their nail equipment (unlike other places who have caused cuts because they were rushing and were very rough). They are also very meticulous with cleanliness. Staff are always friendly. Highly recommend :)

The staff were really rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I got a pedicure and they kind of grabbed and shoved my feet/legs around. I asked them if they wanted to put my foot in or out of the water because they weren’t giving any direction but would just stop and stare at me. When I asked they would never respond and kind of seemed annoyed but I couldn’t gauge why. They firmly grabbed my legs by my ankles multiple times. And it wasn’t one worker - two seperate staff members did this. I found myself apologising repeatedly but I’m not sure what for. It was super unpleasant. I get pedicures every 6 weeks so it’s not like I had no idea what was going on. When I went to pay I asked how much it was. She said $45. I asked if they would prefer cash or card. She said it’s cheaper for cash, so I gave her $50 and she gave me $5 change (so it was still $45). I don’t know… the entire experience was so strange.Also, there is a 1 star review lower down talking about a male staff member. They responded to the review saying they don’t have a male staff member the client must be leaving a review for the wrong salon - I can confirm they do have a male staff member who was working when I was there.

Been there 6 times now and never had a problem, always get good servise and nice nail results. There grate with my 2 year old.
