Great customer service, very knowledgeable. My car is running like she's new again, yet she was built in 1996. The motor is as quiet as a mouse, and she no longer gives the occasional shudder when she idles, yet she's idling even lower. The air-conditioning is fixed. Bill even replaced my bulbs and gave the car a clean, and with four kids, it needed a clean. Most importantly, Louca Automotive are honest, they don't pad bills. I highly recommend them.4 years later and I'm still just as happy with this service. Now as my kids are getting older I have them take their kids to Louca Automotive and Electrical too, because my kids are the most important people in my world, and I need to know that the person looking after their cars is doing the right thing so my kids are safe on the road.

Very happy customer. They gave a quote before commencing the work and listened to our needs. The manager took time out to talk to us and is very fair and understanding. Bill was honest and transparent about cost of substantial electrical repairs/replacement parts needed (Golf GTi). Very reasonable price for the work done on a difficult repair. The car was immaculate when I picked it up. Very happy with the service carried out. Highly recommend Louca Automotive.

Bill Louca has old school values, is a great mechanic and a lovely man! We have taken our cars to Bill to be serviced since he was based in Norwood, and we were living in Norwood. And we still take our car to Bill now that he is in Hampstead Gardens, and we live on the other side of the city!
