Called Office at 11:45AM Needing a quote on 4 packages from Wagga to Sydney.Emailed quote request a 11:57AM after explaining it was urgent and friendly lady promised they would get back to me asap.My request was detailed, weight , measurements, addresses.Receive reply at 3:15PM from the Managing Director, sorry we are not setup for this type of work"Replied asking him to clarify what that meant
