Guys installing were good. After sales service poor. Were supposed to return and collect the old tank. Never did. Cost me $120 to have a junk company cart away.

My hot water system was having difficulties heating up, called up Waterwize Services and they attended within 24 hours and repaired my leaking system. Very affordable pricing and considerate response time. The boys were lovely and very proffessional. They also cleaned up all the water which had leaked. Very satisfied and will be using them for future works.

I asked them to install a gas hot water system for my place almost 6 years ago. They said the hot water tank warranty is 10 years, Today, the hot water system stop working as fire was coming out of the burner everytime I start it. I asked them to have a look and repair it. They did turn up despite late notice. After having a look and they called their senior staff, they told me to contact the hot water system supplier directly to find the root cause (which they think is the control unit) by getting the supplier to have a look. If the supplier said to replace the whole unit, then call this installer to install the full system (system is free but labour is extra). In other words, I have to do all the works and suffer the delay even though the system was supplied and installed by them. Definitely not a good after sales service.

Poor workmanship. Broke our mains tap. Did not acknowledge this issue. When followed up they just left the fix to the water board. There is good reasons why this company has a number of poor reviews.

They come to unblock the sewerage next door and left while all the sewerage is all in my place now, i called them and they blame sydney water? They didn't come out to unblock the pipe waterwize did so they play the blame game...? Very professional at blaming others....

Alex and waterwize services are the best value , reliable service and professional. They installed the heater for me 7 years ago. They listen to the customer and understand how bad without hot water in winter. They identified the issue, and came help me repair the heater same day, fast and professionally for $330. I call serviceToday before them, and they want me to replace everything for 10k+. I will trust them and stay with waterwize in future.

Had the guys from waterwize out a couple of times now... always efficient and timely. First time was a water heater replacement done in minimal time and fuss and for a competitive price. Second time was a water valve issue again resolved efficiently and today had an issue with hot water that I thought may have been electrical related. The boys came out pronto, confirmed the electrical fault and directed me to the best contact to resolve the issue, at no cost. Been happy with their service all three times now and have even recommended them to a friend who also had a positive experience. Thanks guys.

A day before Christmas my hot water decided to give up, issues with old piping and our hot water was not standing on any support. Full house because our families were here from far and wide and *Ash didn't let us go without. He had everything removed, fixed and replaced quick. Even took time out of his Christmas Day to check in with me if all was well because how the water would be hot by the next day. It all went well. Just had my electric hot water heater replaced. Was quoted $2200 by another company so I called waterwize for a second quote and they offered $1450. They replaced it the same day with great service.
