We had very good service and would recommend Auto Japan to anyone. As a disabled person it was wonderful to see the variety of modified vehicles available. Also the follow up care has been excellent. We had trouble getting the Bluetooth system installed to work, they gave us a complimentary car to use while they fixed the issue. Definitely worth visiting here if you need a good mobility car.

I have got one of the best car purchasing experiences from Auto Japan recently. The owners and the people who work there are very helpful, friendly and not pushy at all, they let you take your own time to test drive any vehicle and make a conscious decision at your own phase, they will support you to make the right decision with their expertise. The vehicles are beautiful because they come directly from Japan so you get the first grade Japanese quality vehicles. Price is very competitive. They got a very good after sale service too. I strongly suggest you to visit Auto Japan for your next vehicle purchase to experience it by yourself.

i had Fauzer help get me an import hybrid people mover. i couldn't have asked for a more convenient and easy experience. once we had established my overall budget, Fauzer showed me some options, i chose the the ones i liked and Fauzer then organised everything from bidding in Japan, transferring the vehicle to Perth, compliancing and licensing. all i had to do was collect the vehicle from the yard once ready. unreservedly recommended.

No space invader sales reps that are pushy and in your face to make a sale, the complete opposite of what i've dealt with before actually and they were so helpful and patient with me whilst choosing my new van. If you've ever imported your own Japanese vehicle with a broker before you would know how tedious and time consuming it is, not to mention expensive and frustrating. There are a dozen or so steps and most require handing over cash, it really is an arduous process and can take many months. It can be particularly annoying if you're trying to import an EV which I wanted to do.Fauzer found me a car that met my specifications and budget and delivered it from Japan in a matter of weeks. All I had to do was choose the car, Fauzer and the team sorted everything out from the Auction, freight, compliancing and licensing, all while keeping me in the loop. Absolutely one of the best used car dealerships I have ever been to. No pushy staff they were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the cars they had on their website were the ones in stock. They took over 4 hours with me patiently just letting me look around cars and test drive. I would recommend them 100% and we got an amazing Nissan Elgrand for a fantastic price
