2 weeks wait for repairs, before even looking at the machine. After waiting for the bloke at the desk to have 15min telephone conversation. Waste of time!

I've never experienced such great service in any industry even hospitality, these guys go above and beyond, there pick up and delivery service for tools of any kind requiring service or repairs is absolutely exceptional, so much so that we now buy all our new purchases and most consumables from toolfix also.
