Staff are nice but the prices are RIDICULOUS! I literally heard staff looking up the prices of items on eBay for which I assume is what they base their prices on for certain items. Op shops have become a JOKE! People DONATE these items FOR FREE and you guys scam everyday people because we choose to shop sustainably and because the cost of living is becoming exorbitant! You guys need a reality check.

95% of the items for sale here are extremely overpriced. A real shame honestly for those whom are struggling, as they would not be able to afford to shop in this store. Pretty disgusting knowing everything was donated to them for free, they are taking advantage of people who buy from them. I would encourage people to buy retail from kmart big w etc as those stores will sell you brand new items for much less.

I recently went to st vinnies to try and find some curtains and what I witnessed from the managers and how they spoke to the volunteers it was appalling. I do hope those 3 volunteers had the courage to leave no one needs to put up with that, especially when then give their time. Shame on you St Vinnies and the pathetic managers.
