They have lots and lots of different things for arts and crafts, it was an enjoyable experience. The art supplies is not of brands in the likes of Derwent, however, if you are looking for cheaper alternatives Overflow would be the place to go.

A great place to shop for cheap bargains, the store is always jam packed but very organised and tidy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend the giftware section, which is much cheaper than other stores particularly the gift cards, ribbons, gift boxes and gift bags. Overflow sell end of line items - so you can find quality things, just allow plenty of time as the store covers every inch, don't forget to look up as they have sales items hanging from the rafters too. Their stock does change regularly, so don't expect to see the same items on your next visit. If you're into scrapbooking or arts and crafts they have a dedicated section for crafters. Party items, costumes and themed events eg: Halloween and Christmas are well catered for @ Overflow. Car parking is excellent as they share a massive car park with Bunnings.

Went here for painting materials, thought I'd get a better price but I think they are over priced, they have alot in their store. The lady at checkout was on her phone while trying to serve me bit rude I thought

Usually has great pet stuff that you don’t need to be a millionaire to buy. Good for stationary and art. Normally friendly helpful staff. Lots of party stuff.

I just experienced the worst customer service at the Cannon Hill store! I approached a male worker that was packing selves. When I asked him where a few items were, the look of disgust on his face that I had disturbed him... he then proceeded to tell me where these items were located. When I said to him I already had a look there and can't find them. He put down what he had in hands, walked over to the aisle where the items were located, pointed to the items and then walked away without saying a word. Just wow! Overflow, I am so sorry you have someone like this working for you.

Went in to this shop not so long ago...I was with my family . A young lady who works here came up to us and said that my children are not allowed to squeak the dog toys, that her boss told her to let us know that they have to stop this. For starters, we were not letting our children take anything off the shelf, but yes they were squeaking a couple of toys as they were picking them out for there dogs birthday . It was not excessive, probably there for 20 seconds. I was not impressed, so I made the decision to leave all the items we had planned to buy and I have not been back since. I used to go here quite often, and even though it's a reasonably good store, I won't be back.

Spent 15 minutes in here and didn't find anything like a bargain!
