Delicious food. Nice ambience. Chilli was really hot and added the oomph to the food. The fried steak was tender, rendang a bit sweet and meat was juicy, fried duck has nice texture, bakso was also good. Good satay as well with the ketupat. Highly recommend this restaurant.

My partner and I came in to try Indonesian food for the first time here. We ordered Nasi Campur, Nasi Kuning and Jus Alpukat. The grilled chicken had a lot of flavour and was very tender (meat fell off the bone so easily) and so was beef, so I was impressed. The avocado juice, was okay. The one thing that bothered me was staff mopping the area and did not put up a caution sign, a customer and I slipped. Overall, food was decent.

Cheap enough but sometimes i really can tell the food taste is from the freezer like an old frozen food. Sometimes it took super long as well to wait the food to come, i’ve been wait until 40 mins for Iga & my friends already finish their meal, mine just arrived. Its looks not busy as well just 2 table with 1 & 2 people each table

We ordered empal bumbu bali, empal penyet, ayam goreng penyet and sate ayam, all with rice included. Overall food was delicious. However, the sambal penyet is a bit too sour for me, not tasty like the sambal penyet I remembered from Indonesia. Also the ayam goreng was not as tasty as the bebek goreng we had at your sister restaurant Bali in Paradise in GC.

Good, simple food - full of flavour and a bit of spice. The food feels authentic and the restaurant was actually quite busy at the time that we came. There is a bit of indoor seating and a bit of outdoors seating, but overall, the restaurant is quite small. The food came quite quickly and was well portioned.Prices were decent and service was okay too. Would recommend!

Very authentic Indonesian meal. Ordered Nasi Padang this evening. To be honest, before the meal, I reckoned maybe I should have some sambal, but when the meal was served, I just realised that there was no need to add anything at all. The taste was so rich and tangy. The curry chicken was tasty. The beef rendang was tender. The boiled eggs with chili sauce was explosively flavourful. Beautiful food!I was here at Saturday dinner time. They were pretty busy. Heaps of UQ students suddenly poured into the small restaurant while I was having my dinner. It felt like being in a school tuckshop. Quite interesting. The chili sauce is really hot. If you can’t take too much spicy, better not to try it.

I've been going here many years. When I first found the place, it was amazing. As the years went by, the portions changed. The salad on the side disappeared, and the prices kept going up. The quality is a bit hit and miss these days. I've had beef ribs that were more fat than meat. Garlic crackers that were crushed to the point they're only good for chicken feed.Do they serve flavoursome food? Yes, but each time, my visits get more infrequent.

We ordered Iga Bakar Bumbu Kacang & Nasi (beef rib) and Ayam Bakar Shalom & Nasi (chicken). Beef Rib one was just amazing, it was so soft that you'd think it was slow cooked for long hours! The chicken dish was average but its spicy (ayam) sauce had some good kick and nice with the chicken.Highly recommend the beef one guys!

Food was tasty, one of the better options around but felt like the price point was a bit high. Paid $17 for this one; but like I said before it was pretty good. Good blend of ingredients with it, not pictured was some soup and a wonton cracker. Staff is friendly as well; might want to try their other stuff as their menu is quite extensive
