Chef's warehouse has all your hospitality equipment sorted, and is also a good source your monin syrups and couverture chocolate. Also, in a nice old church building so you can say you went to church (and did some worshipping up and down the aisles I guess). Staff friendly and helpful too.

The new location is in the cathedral just beside BP.No signage as of yet. Enter through the main gate. You will see them.Miss their previous location. But always the best!

Bought a stainless knife here, used directly without sharpening, the knife’s cutting edge turned pretty rusted overnight, I took it back the next day for exchange and been given a lesson that it should’ve been “blow dry” after a wash, argued for sometime. The guy took it back for polishing as he is doing me a favor after sometime he came back with the same rusted knife and slammed $14.5 on the table.No apology and explanation been given overall.Wondering has anyone having the similar issue with the stainless knife got rusted overnight or It’s just not my day.

I went to chef’s warehouse to buy a hand blender for $289.99, they did not have any in stock and went to sell me the one that had been hanging by its cable in store, I politely asked if there was a discount or guarantee of its quality and was told “no !” I asked if they would order a new one and I was told “no!” I offered to pay for a new one then and there and was told “no it’s this one or nothing “ having spent hundreds of dollars myself and thousands of companies money’s with them I would have experienced a better service and treatment than this, I will not be a repeat customer anymore!

What a place. Huge selection is an understatement. It had every item I needed no matter how obscure. Lovely, helpful staff knew their stuff as well. Great old school shopping experience.

A great place to go for all your chef/kitchen needs, has a huge variety equipment and some speciality bulk food items, great just to browse but with great prices it's hard to walk out without getting something.The staff are knowledgeable and keen to lend a hand, and you can get the trade prices just by giving them your details.
