We found Victoria and the Life Rites Funerals team (Kim, Sarah, Martin, Cally and Vaike) when our mother was going through palliative care and returned again two months later when our brother passed away.We called and met with Victoria and the team at the funeral home over cups of tea, as they slowly walked us through the process, outlining the options and next steps.They put our minds at ease during what was a very emotional time for the family and I.They helped us organise a bespoke and unique funeral service for each, a beautiful send off, giving us closure. Victoria and her team are incredible at what they do. We first came across Life Rites when we attended a funeral for a dear friend of ours who died far too young. It was an exceptionally emotional service and Victoria expertly navigated it with grace, compassion and some much needed humour.Unfortunately my dear dad passed away a few weeks later and when I made the call to Victoria I knew I had called the right people.
